The company’s vision is to use smart and connected devices to handle maintenance issues in a proactive manner for property management. In addition, utility charges are also affecting rental income. Income generation is greatly affected by not being able to drill down to real threat or issue in maintenance such as pipeline leak that’ll affect entire house/basement/bath tub in a proactive manner. In lieu of these factors, it’s appropriate that CEO should now focus on investing in automating and adapting to smart and connected technologies. They are looking out for technology in this area that can cater to and provide a single and integrated solution for management silos and disparate technology stacks.
